Mastermind ?

Ok, here's what I'm thinking.  I know a lot of past growth students would love an opportunity to continue to working together. I have wrestled with the concept because I get a good amount of leads for the growth program, and a lot of my time goes towards it.

However, I am feeling that itch to start going even deeper now. The growth program works, but what if we took it to the next level? 

​

What if we could really dive into big boy/girl problems and work through those together? 

​

What if we meet monthly or bi-weekly (depending on interest) with other Etsy shop business owners who are all looking to do the same thing?

​

I have worked with BRILLANT Etsy shop owners over the last couple of years who could provide amazing value to this group (who I will be inviting)! 

​

I can't help to think... If we commit to 12 months of growth with a handful of Etsy shop owners, we could probably do some amazing things. 

 

I know the growth could be life changing for so many.

​

I can really see this group being the most valuable resource we all have! 

​

And as much as I love the group aspect of it, I know our 1 on 1 time will still be important.

 

So I would make sure that we still meet privately every couple months to really dive in, on a personal level, to the progress happening in your shop on a personal level. 

​

I am also kicking around the idea of having some guest experts come on and speak.

​

It's all still in the works, but here is what I need to know...

I know the biggest question is probably cost. I'm thinking we do around 5k for the FULL year.  This helps everyone stay committed, and helps keep the group to a high standard. 

​

I plan on vetting everyone so we get a like-minded group of business owners who are all ready to get at it!
